9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENCLAWD AI AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • LOSS OF GOODWILL OR REPUTATION
  • COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpenClawd AI, its contributors, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

12. Termination

Since OpenClawd is self-hosted software, termination of access to our website does not affect your ability to continue using the software you have installed on your own hardware.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access our website and resources will immediately cease, but your rights under the MIT License for the software you have already obtained will continue.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenClawd AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
